Request Account Deletion
BagiBon is the receipt scanning and bill-splitting app. If you want to delete your app account and the data we hold about you, use the option below.
What we delete
When you request account deletion, we will delete:
- Your BagiBon account (email, profile, subscription status)
- Session and receipt-related data tied to your account
- Payment profiles and settlement history stored on our servers
Data that stays on your device (e.g. scan usage, tokens) is not sent to us; you can clear app data or uninstall the app to remove it. Data already shared with third parties (e.g. AdMob) is subject to their policies.
How to request deletion
Send us a request from the email address you use for BagiBon. We will process it within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).
Request account and data deletion by emailIf the link does not open your email app, send an email to team@buweno.com with the subject "Delete my BagiBon account" and the email address you used to sign up.
In the BagiBon app you can delete your account directly: open Profile → Settings → Delete account, confirm, and your account and data will be removed. No need to email unless you prefer that option or the in-app deletion is unavailable.
